Mobile Fabric Maintenance Engineer – FM Service Provider - Reading (RG Postcodes ONLY) -  £32,000 + Package Are you a Mobile Fabric Engineer looking for a new challenge? CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for a Mobile Fabric Engineer to carry out planned and reactive commercial fabric maintenance across a retail contract based in the RG postcode area. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. This position would be ideal for a Fabric Engineer currently in a similar position who is keen on working closer to home. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of £32,000 with a potential route into further career progression. Hours of Work & Package Information Basic Salary of up to £32,000 1 in 4 Call Out Rota - £105 per week standby allowance Monday – Friday 08:00am – 17:00pm 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays Company Van & Fuel Card Tablet & Work Phone Provided Full company uniform Key Duties & Responsibilities General fabric repairs Furniture moves porterage Painting & Decorating Basic lighting Fixing Furniture Hanging Pictures & Shelves Maintain and update Log books Assist the maintenance team on site e.g PPMs, fire alarm tests, tap temp checks, flushing Escort sub-contractors To undertake basic “Fabric duties” which would include touching up paintwork, tightening hinges, install/repair blinds, changing locks , making minor repairs to cabinets, desks, and putting together small equipment like chairs etc. Requirements A proven track record in commercial building maintenance Multi-skilled Good communication skills Client Facing  If you are interested in the opportunity, please contact Alex Denton of CBW Staffing Solutions
