Multi-site role - Liverpool/Wirral region only with company van for travel

30,000 to 35,000

Days - Monday to Friday

Bonus + Healthcare + Pension +Training

My client, a market leader within their industry is looking for a Facilities Maintenance Technician to join the business & ensure the building, utilities and services are maintained. Role Description

• In collaboration with the Facilities manager, ensure all building fabrics, building services, facilities, general housekeeping and grounds are maintained
• Complete repairs in various fields including carpentry, plumbing, interior & exterior lighting, decorating and fixing locks
• Carry out testing or assist on fire alarms, intruder systems, emergency lights, water systems, portable appliance testing. Alternatively coordinate with subcontractors where necessary
• Working on specific projects as required
• Inspecting and troubleshooting problems and issues across the business
• The opportunity to take on responsibility for new projects within the Department
• Collaborate with other members of the business and positively challenge current working practices

Skills and Qualifications

• Full UK License is essential
• City & Guilds, BTEC or Apprentice trained
• IPAF, PASMA, IOSH training is desired
