The Role: Due to continued success, we are seeking a highly skilled Architectural Technologist (3-5 years' experience) to play a key role in the design and technical delivery of high-rise Student Accommodation projects across the UK. This role will focus on both new builds and refurbishments, requiring a professional with strong job-running experience and the ability to manage projects through to client handover. You will be working within a collaborative project team (typically 3-4 colleagues) and will be instrumental in ensuring design and technical excellence at all project stages. Given the nature of these large-scale developments, proficiency in Autodesk Revit is essential, alongside experience working within a BIM environment and a solid understanding of AutoCAD. Key Responsibilities: Lead and contribute to the technical delivery of large-scale Student Accommodation projects. Manage projects from RIBA Stages 3-6, ensuring compliance with regulations and client expectations. Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and details to a high standard. Collaborate effectively with colleagues, clients, and external consultants to drive successful project delivery. Apply in-depth knowledge of UK Building Regulations and gateway applications (1-3). Work confidently within a BIM environment, utilizing Revit for design and coordination. Use Microsoft Teams for effective remote collaboration.Key Requirements: Degree or HNC qualification in Architectural Technology or a related field. 3-5 years' post-qualification experience in architectural practice. Proficiency in Revit (essential) and experience working on shared models. Previous experience in Student Accommodation or High-Rise Residential projects (preferred). Strong technical knowledge and ability to produce detailed drawings. Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.What's on Offer?
