Production Operative

Join Our Team as a Production Operative in DN8 Doncaster! We're seeking a dedicated Production Worker for a hands-on role at our Sandtoft site, where you'll contribute to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Shift Pattern & Pay Rates: Schedule: 4 on, 4 off (including weekends) Shift Hours: 06:00 – 18:00 Pay Rates: * Monday to Friday: £12.84 per hour * Saturday: £19.27 per hour * Sunday: £25.69 per hour About the Role: This role is predominantly focused on manual handling and is paint oriented. Your daily responsibilities will include: * Production Line Monitoring: Oversee operations and conduct quality checks * Defect Management: Remove defective products and document any issues * Cleaning Duties: Clean pallets and moulds as required * Ensuring Efficiency: Help maintain smooth production flow Requirements: * Experience: Previous experience in a manufacturing environment working with machinery * Performance: Ability to work to production targets and understand work instructions * Teamwork: A reliable team player capable of working unsupervised * Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to various duties and work overtime when needed This is a temporary-to-permanent position, and we're only considering candidates seeking long-term opportunities as a Production Operative within a manufacturing environment.
