Project Quantity Surveyor

A small but growing company based in Southeast London, specialising in education projects, is seeking a Project Quantity Surveyor to join their dedicated team of five. This role offers the opportunity to manage projects from concept to completion, contributing to the company's expansion and success in the education sector. Project Quantity Surveyor Role The Project Quantity Surveyor will run education projects from start to finish, handling both pre and post contract duties. This includes preparing bills of quantities and ensuring that projects meet their financial and contractual obligations. You will be responsible for: Running education projects from concept to completion Undertaking pre and post contract duties Preparing bills of quantities Liaising with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle The Project Quantity Surveyor Requirements BSc/MSc in Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degree Ideally experience in education projects MRICS or currently working towards it Experience within a private practice/consultancy Strong pre and post contract knowledge In return £45,000 - £55,000 Car/travel allowance 26 days holiday plus bank holidays Excellent APC support Life insurance Critical illness cover Competitive pension scheme Bonus scheme Positive workplace culture If you are Project Quantity Surveyor looking for an exciting move like this, please contact Hannah Gordon at Ernest and Florent.
