We're looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Natural Resources Team. In this role you'll provide commercial support to the project teams on our 7-year, cGBP1bn framework with Southern Water.
Location : Working from home and site/offices in Chatham, Kent or Falmer, East Sussex
Contract : Permanent, Full Time - flexible and part time hours may be available if desired, just let us know
Responsibilities
We're looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our NRNN business unit Water business unit looking after the Southern Water Framework. The successful candidate will provide commercial support to the project teams, maintaining commercial information and ensure compliance with contractual requirements. Liaising with the customer and third parties on commercial issues you'll look at agreement of variations, claims and any additional payments. The role will support the Commercial Manager and MQS delivering work for AMP 8 in clean and wastewater.
