Development Opportunities: Enhance your skills and grow within the company. Key Responsibilities for Assembler: Assemble plastic and rubber moulded parts with precision. Perform mechanical assembly and sub-assembly tasks on complex systems. Complete components with bonding, fastening, and ultrasonic welding techniques. Prime, paint, and coat moulded parts to finish. Conduct RFI/EMI shielding, component identification, and cleaning. Perform mechanical, electrical, and NDT testing to ensure top-quality assembly. Key Responsibilities for Machine Operator: Operate injection moulding, CNC, and other production machines. Load/unload materials and ensure proper machine operation. Maintain and troubleshoot machines to ensure smooth production. What We're Looking For: Experience: Previous assembly or manual dexterity experience, ideally within a manufacturing or technical environment. Hands-On Skills: Comfortable working with hand tools and small components. Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to ensure accurate assembly and operation.
