We have opportunities across London for awesome Hosts & Hostesses to help create memorable experiences for each and every guest. Main Responsibilities Include * Managing bookings, either in person, over the phone, or online * Providing waiting times to customers who are not pre-booked * Creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests that’s in line with the restaurant or bar’s image or branding * Providing personalised service and assistance for large parties of guests and VIPs * Being a go to person and point of contact for customer feedback and helping to resolve any customer issues * Ensuring cleanliness and hygiene standards are met in the front of house area * Assisting with the opening and closing of the restaurant * Learning the food and beverage menu All we ask is that you are a people person, who loves the entertainment industry and client service is at the forefront, ensuring each and every experience is one the clients will remember!
