We have a fantastic opportunity for a Learning and Engagement (L&E) Manager to join our award-winning Rapport Learning and Development team. This operational role focuses on delivering in-person learning and engagement. You will work closely with frontline and leadership teams to build strong connections and promote a culture of service excellence and inclusion. Your time will be split between two key areas - supporting Rapport's core learning strategy, and leading a collaborative L&E programme with one of our flagship clients. While there is a consultancy element, the focus is on connecting with people in their work environments. You will deliver impactful workshops, create engaging learning experiences, and coach leaders to bring out the best in their teams. You will report to the Head of L&D at Rapport and, when working with our client, to the Service Delivery Director (Soft Services). You will collaborate with colleagues across the L&D team, including out Digital Learning Manager, Events & Project Coordinator, Guest Experience Trainers, L&D Business Partners, and Senior L&D Manager. Type of Contract: Full-time, Permanent Hours: 40 per week (Monday-Friday) Salary: £45,000 per annum Location: Holborn, with travel across Central London and UK&I client sites Main responsibilities Inspire and coach others to grow, perform and achieve their best. Manage learning and engagement projects with clear, measurable plans for continuous improvement. Act as an on-the-ground engagement lead, fostering trust and participation from frontline and leadership teams. Deliver in-person, interactive workshops that promote learning and engagement.. Coach managers to enhance team performance, motivation, and development. Design learning initiatives tailored to diverse learning styles and cultures. Use digital learning tools where relevant to boost engagement and performance. Promote inclusive, wellbeing-focused employee events and recognition. Collaborate with service partners and stakeholders to embed a learning culture. Support social and learning programmes like internships, graduate schemes, and apprenticeships. Apply a mix of learning techniques to enable behavioural change and growth. Champion and role model Rapport and our client's values through all learning and engagement activity.
