Role Overview: As a Telesales Advisor, you will be responsible for nurturing relationships with potential and existing customers over the phone. Your focus will be on selling a range of utility services, identifying customer needs, and providing tailored solutions that drive sales. You will work in a fast-paced environment, meet sales targets, and play a crucial role in the company's continued success. Key Responsibilities: * Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to close sales deals. * Identify customer needs and present appropriate products and services to meet those needs. * Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and follow-ups. * Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales in the CRM system. * Collaborate with the team to share best practices and improve sales strategies. * Stay informed about the latest developments in the utilities sector and competitor offerings. Key Requirements: * Proven experience in a telephone sales or telesales role. * Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence customers over the phone. * Target-driven and motivated by achieving sales goals. * Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain customer relationships. * Resilient, self-motivated, and able to handle rejection. * Ability to work well in a team and contribute to achieving collective goals.
