Account Director


Our client based in Reading is currently seeking a driven Inside Sales Representative. This role focuses on proactively promoting a range of ICT, Content Services, and Managed Print Solutions (MPS), driving sales growth in both existing and new business across various market sectors (Commercial, Corporate, and Public Sector). Key Responsibilities: * Drive sales and exceed monthly targets for ICT, Content Services, and MPS solutions. * Manage the sales process from prospecting to closing deals. * Focus on new business acquisition and renewals within existing accounts. * Build relationships with key decision-makers and utilize resources for lead generation. * Maintain accurate CRM records and manage sales opportunities. * Ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction. Required Skills & Experience: * Proven sales experience in ICT, MPS, or similar solutions with a strong track record of exceeding targets. * Proficient in Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Teams). * Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. * Ability to manage the full sales cycle and deliver customer value. * Knowledge of leasing, deal construction, and cross-selling. * Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work towards KPIs.
