BMS Project Manager – Smart Buildings 📍 Location: South East 💰 Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 📅 Job Type: Permanent / Full-Time About the Role We are seeking an experienced BMS Project Manager with 5+ years in installing, commissioning, and servicing Tridium, Distech, and Automated Logic systems. You’ll lead smart building projects, ensuring seamless integration of HVAC, lighting, and energy management solutions. Key Responsibilities * Manage end-to-end BMS projects – from planning to handover. * Oversee installation & commissioning of BMS controllers and field devices. * Configure and program Niagara, EC-Net, and WebCTRL systems. * Ensure BMS integration with third-party systems (BACnet, Modbus, LON). * Troubleshoot, optimise, and maintain BMS performance. * Coordinate with clients, contractors, and engineers to meet project goals.
