Field Engineer - Arcade Machines

I am currently working with an industry leading organisation seeking to hire an additional Field Engineer - Arcade Machines to cover West London & the West Home Counties. The role: In this varied role you will play a key role in the organisation by delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring the company’s coin-operated machines are maintained in the best condition possible. Specifically, you will be responsible for: Installing, maintaining, servicing, and removing Amusement equipment Performing basic network diagnostics Carrying out preventative maintenance and PAT testing Keeping merchandise stocked on machines Ensuring all machines are operating at peak performance to maximize income Coordinating parts, merchandise, and redemption tickets The candidate we are looking for: Will be based in the Berkshire, Hampshire, or Surrey area Will have at least 2 years’ experience servicing amusement arcade machines Will have a full UK driving licence and be willing to travel outside the region if required Will have excellent customer service skills Will be very hands-on in the approach to installing and maintaining Will have the ability to work independently with confidence and a positive attitude Will be physically fit to handle manual tasks Will be reliable, trustworthy and well-presented Will have flexibility to work alternate weekends & public holidays The company are offering: An excellent field-based opportunity for an enthusiastic Engineer Salary + commission + vehicle + overtime Long established industry leading company offering real stability If you are interested in this Field Engineer - Arcade Machines role and believe you have the experience my client requires then please forward your CV
