Deputy FM Manager

Deputy FM Up to £43,000 Leicester Winner recruitment are currently working with a leading FM service provider who are looking to recruit for a Deputy FM to work across a single site within Leicester. This is a great opportunity for an engineer with supervisory experience who is looking to come off the tools and take his step into more of a managerial role. Duties: * As a Deputy FM you will work across a single site supervising a team of engineers made up of Electrical, Mechanical and Fabric trades ensuring all Planned and Reactive maintenance is in line with KPI/SLA * You will be responsible for planning the engineer’s day on a day to day, managing compliance across the site * As a deputy FM manager, you will support small work projects * You will be responsible for client interaction on a day-to-day basis * As a Deputy FM Manager, you must ensure the engineers are compliant with all health and safety regulations and are hitting KPI/SLAs * You will provide technical support and innovative solutions to meet client requirements. * There may be times where you will have to jump on the tools to support the engineers Candidate: * As a deputy FM you must hold relevant qualifications with Electrical installations (e.g. NVQ or City & Guilds) * You must have experience in supporting engineers within their work * You must have good knowledge of CAFM systems, compliance, & Health and safety This ids a great opportunity to work with a leading service provider who can support you with further training and career progression
