Electrical Engineer

Electrical Engineer  City of London  £45,000  This is a great opportunity for an electrical engineer to join one of the UK's leading building services companies. Our clients are looking to add an electrical engineer to the team, they are known for upskilling their engineers and providing them with further training. This role follows a fixed schedule of Monday - Friday (8am - 5pm) As an Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for the planned preventive and reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems on site, regularly troubleshoot and fault find in landlord areas, logbooks updates and ensure all compliance is adhered to. The successful candidate in this role,  must be fully qualified in Electrical Installations / Engineering (C&G, EAL, NVQ or equivalent), at least 3 years experience in commercial maintenance, live within commutable distance to site and communicate well. Electrical Engineer Duties: PPM (Planned preventative maintenance) & Reactive maintenance Electrical Fault-Finding Single & Three Phase Power Emergency Lighting Fire Alarms BMS Operation AHUs FCUs Generators VAV/VRFs Water Treatment (Tap Tests, Dosing, Cooling Tower Checks, etc). Cooling Towers Pumps & Motors Site Folders, E-logbooks, Managing Contractors, Audits, Quotations Electrical Engineer Requirements: Fully qualified in Electrical Installations / Engineering (C&G, EAL, NVQ or equivalent) At least 3 years experience in commercial maintenance  Live within commutable distance to site  Great communication skills  Apprentice trained - Desirable, not essential  Salary and Package: £45,000 Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm  Exposure to a high end property Join a client direct company  Internal progression  Additional training  Overtime available
