Exciting Opportunity – Transport Admin Support -Must Drive due to location We’re currently recruiting for a Transport Admin Support role within a fast-paced traffic office. If you have administrative experience, strong attention to detail, and enjoy working in a dynamic team, this could be the perfect role for you! Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update an accurate customer database Input data into the Transport Management Syste Handle incoming customer queries & calls Support the Transport Planning Team with admin tasks Ensure driver records are kept up to date Build monthly customer presentations Assist in managing driver compliance & legal requirements Monitor inboxes and ensure smooth day-to-day operations What We’re Looking For: Experience working in a busy traffic office Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment Flexibility with working hours, holiday cover & occasional weekend work A commitment to health & safety, compliance, and professional standards Location: Brentwood (with occasional site visits) MUST DRIVE DUE TO LOCATION Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (flexibility required for holiday/sickness cover) £24k-£27k Ready to take the next step?
