Hyde is looking to recruit a Tenancy Advisor.

Resident Services work closely with our customers, providing housing services, housing management and first-class customer care.

As a Tenancy Advisor you will be working within the Commercial function to provide our residents with a first point of contact for all tenancy related queries.

Responsibilities

• Respond to tenancy related enquiries from the Hyde Group’s residents.
• Provide a front-line service to support the management of reported tenancy enforcement cases.
• Prepare and provide accurate information on tenants’ rights and responsibilities.
• Work with other teams to provide a seamless service to residents.
• Work with the Hyde Foundation to maximise referrals for residents whose tenancies maybe at risk.

Skills and Experience

• Excellent customer service skills
• Previous experience of working within the property or housing sector
• Ability to build and maintain a rapport with tenants and colleagues
