Technical Sales Representative
to join their growing commercial team based in
High Wycombe

This is a
full-time, permanent role
offering a base salary of
GBP28,000 GBP30,000
, plus an attractive
bonus and commission structure

What You'll Be Doing:
Prospect and generate high-quality leads
Identify customers technical requirements and tailor proposals accordingly.
Keep sales pipelines up to date via the CRM system.
Maintain regular contact with existing customers to ensure satisfaction.
Represent the company at
sales conferences and exhibitions
(2 3 per year).
Hit the road for
on-site demonstrations
and customer visits.
Support the marketing team with digital content creation and campaign ideas.
Assist in system installations and provide aftersales support when needed.
Constantly seek new ways to increase
market share
and streamline sales processes.
Who They re Looking For:
A Bachelor s degree in a
STEM subject
Physics or Material Science preferred.
A
clean UK driving license
and willingness to travel (25% of the role).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Natural relationship builder able to influence and engage with confidence.
A
self-starter
with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Motivated by targets and passionate about continuous improvement.
