Our client, a leader in the media production space is looking for an experienced Account Manager to help shape and grow client relationships across the UK and beyond. Specialising in promotional content, and visual storytelling, this role is ideal for someone who's passionate about both creativity and client care.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary contact for clients, ensuring their needs are understood and delivered with excellence
• Manage projects end-to-end, coordinating timelines, budgets, and creative execution
• Work closely with producers, editors, and creatives to bring video concepts to life
• Identify opportunities to expand accounts, upsell services, and deepen relationships
• Attend shoots, client meetings, and industry events as the face of the business

Ideal Candidate:

• Background in account management, ideally in creative, or media sectors
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
• Confident communicator who can build rapport and trust with clients and teams
• Strategic thinker who can spot opportunities for growth and added value
• Familiar with production workflows, video formats, or creative processes
