Key Responsibilities:
Provide housing-related support to individuals, helping them maintain tenancies and develop essential life skills.
Deliver person-centered support plans in collaboration with other agencies and partners.
Assist with tenancy readiness training and practical advice to prevent eviction.
Travel regularly between the Bradford and Leeds sites to provide consistent support.
Requirements:
Full, current driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential due to the need to cover two locations.
Experience working with people with complex needs, including homelessness, substance misuse, or domestic abuse, is preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusting relationships.
Flexibility to work outside standard office hours occasionally.
Good computer literacy and ability to manage case notes and support plans.
