We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Graduate Teaching Assistant to join a nurturing and inclusive primary school in the Northfields area of Ealing. Starting in September 2025 , this full-time role is ideal for graduates with experience working with children and a strong commitment to supporting all aspects of pupil development.

The Role:

• Support children in the Early Years Foundation Stage with a particular focus on individual needs, including 1:1 support.

• Promote the learning, personal development, and wellbeing of all pupils, including during lunchtimes.

• Work closely with class teachers, the Inclusion Team, and external specialists.

• Help create an inclusive, nurturing, and engaging learning environment.

• Contribute to a team that values reflection, collaboration, and professional growth.

What We're Looking For:

• Graduates with experience supporting children, particularly those with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

• Individuals with strong English and Maths skills (minimum GCSE level or equivalent).

• Passionate, patient, and proactive candidates who want to make a difference.

• Team players with a professional attitude and a willingness to learn.

• Candidates who can commit to a full-time role for the full academic year.
