Quantity Surveyor

Eclipse Recruitment are working with a Swansea based contractor in their search for an experienced Quantity Surveyor.

Our client who specialise in residential refurbishment, carpentry, roofing and local authority regeneration projects are looking to employ a qualified Quantity Surveyor with experience of tendering & estimating.

As the company continues in its growth phase we are keen to delegate specific tasks to suitably qualified personnel

The ideal candidate will be required to carry out the following tasks;

• Develop and implement company systems and procedures
• Carry out general QS duties such as Cost Reports, Valuations/applications
• Produce tender submissions including PQQ responses
• Certifying sub-contractor payments
• Carry out general Estimating duties such as compiling BOQ, quotes & take-off etc
