Quantity Surveyor

Our client specializes in high quality retail and commercial fit-out & refurbishment.

They have more than 40 years combined experience in the construction industry and they carry out refits & maintenance for national and international clients across hundreds of sites.

They are seeking a dedicated and experienced Permanent Quantity Surveyor to join their team based in their head office in Hull.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee various projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
• Provide expert advice on cost estimation, budgeting, and project finance
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure successful project outcomes
• Prepare accurate and detailed reports on project progress and financial status

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate should possess:

• Experience in the Shop fitting sector
• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
