Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking CSCS Labourer to join our team on-site. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in various construction tasks, ensuring that work areas are safe and organised. Duties

Assist skilled tradespeople with their tasks as required
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the worksite
Carry out manual handling duties, including lifting and moving materials
Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment
Operate basic tools and machinery as needed, under supervision
Report any hazards or issues to site management promptly
Support the team in achieving project deadlines
Skills

Valid CSCS card is essential
Strong physical fitness and stamina for manual labour
Excellent communication skills to work effectively within a team
Ability to follow instructions accurately and efficiently
Basic knowledge of construction processes is advantageous
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of work
Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different tasks
