Our restaurant and retail outlets are lively, busy places where customers can refuel whilst soaking up the atmosphere of the tranquil beauty of the gardens.You will be joining a big hearted, energetic, talented team managed by our contract catering group, 'Company of Cooks', who will be on hand to support you from your first day and provide any training you require. We are pleased to be recruiting for a Pizza Chef to work with us, this position will be work to mainly daytime hours in a 5 over 7 shift pattern. We are looking for a Pizza Chef lead to manage a small team in our Glasshouse, which is a large family-style restaurant, serving Pizza, Pasta, salads, and snacks.

Key responsibilities

• You'll be showcasing your wonderful pizza-making skills
• Help build a brand and develop a delicious fresh food offering
• Ensuring the kitchen service is running smoothly
• Adhering to exceptionally high standards - including cleanliness
• Making, stretching and baking dough in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in hand stretching Neapolitan style pizza, making dough from scratch and working with quality ingredients in a cost-effective manner
• Experience in pasta making or in other kitchen sections a plus
