Are you a passionate food professional who enjoys delivering high quality dishes to discerning customers in a dynamic and friendly environment?
We are looking for someone like you to join our team! If we are a good fit for you, you will have the opportunity to work on kickstarting the daytime fresh food offer at BEAM - a world-class Arts & Culture destination - designing and delivering delicious menus for visitors.
What will you be doing?
- Lead on the development of new menus ensuring dishes are costed to achieve the agreed GP%.
- Prepare and serve food to standard recipes to ensure consistency of product and cost control.
- Place all food orders as required and check in deliveries.
- Manage kitchen hygiene and equipment.
About you
As an ideal candidate, you will have:
- Experience in Menu Planning & development
- Good numeracy and literacy skills
- Experience of working in a busy kitchen/food service environment
- The ability to work effectively on your own and as part of a team
- Energy and enthusiasm for what BEAM is creating with a passion for delivering excellence
