The day to day responsibilities for this role will be to manage and oversee the engineering and maintenance programme for multiple refrigeration and cold storage sites in the UK. The successful candidate will be heavily involved in implementing site improvements and growing their own team to maximise business performance.

The ideal candidate will be an Senior Maintenance Engineer/ Maintenance Manager who has an extensive understanding of manufacturing industry and trained as an Engineer.

The Role
Maintenance Manager
Optimising, controlling and monitoring all aspects of engineering and maintenance across the sites.
Managing a team of engineers across multiple sites.
Leading and implementing improvement projects
Brierley Hill, covering sites UK wide (North, Midlands and South East)

The Person
Maintenance Manager
Trained as a Maintenance Engineer (mechanical or electrical bias)
Background working on equipment in manufacturing, logistics, distribution centre or warehousing
Holding engineering qualifications (Mechanical or Electrical)
