Job Title: HGV Technician
Location: Wigan

Working Hours: Days & Night shifts available, Plus Overtime (to be discussed at interview stage)
Salary: GBP40,000 - GBP60,00 per annum(dependent on experience, working shift and qualifications)

Key Responsibilities:
To carry out the servicing, repair and maintenance of HGV's to a high standard.
Interpret instructions from the job card/repair order and comply with repair instructions.
Attend training courses and keep abreast of the latest technical information.
Accurately report and record work done and tests carried out, including immediately reporting any further work required or vehicle faults.
Maintain allocated work areas in a clean and tidy condition.
Provide information, maintain records and carry out all duties in an accurate, efficient and timely manner.
Enhance the image and reputation of the company whilst supporting its commercial interests.
In order to be successful in this role, you will work well as part of a small team, be a good communicator and have the ability to take on a variety of different workloads, planned or otherwise.

Ideally, we are looking for:
Full UK Driving License, HGV Licence a bonus!
Previous experience as a HGV Technician
A relevant level 3 qualifications (or equivalent) is essential
Passion to learn and a safety-first attitude.
First class problem-solving skills.
Great communication and a team player
Industry-savvy and safety-conscious.
