We are now looking for a Service & Maintenance Co-ordinator to join us on a full-time, permanent basis, working 8:00am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.

The Role

As our Service & Maintenance Co-ordinator, you’ll be the driving force behind the smooth delivery of our services, from routine maintenance to emergency response.

Acting as a key liaison between clients, engineers, and the wider business, you’ll schedule and co-ordinate engineers, be the point of contact for customers, manage incoming calls and emergency callouts. You’ll create an adaptable, reactive schedule that balances scheduled work with potential emergencies, allowing us to effectively accommodate callouts.

You’ll also be involved in an array of service and project management activities, collaborating with procurement and warehouse teams to manage parts and stock, approving contractor invoices and preparing site-specific testing checklists, paperwork and certifications.

Additionally, you will:

- Place a heavy focus on effective communication
- Take ownership of the service and maintenance calendar
- Support the preparation of remedial quotations
- Ensure asset records are maintained, job documentation is completed and costs approved
- Prepare service certificates and remedials

About You

To be considered as our Service & Maintenance Co-ordinator, you will need:

- Office administration experience, including monitoring metrics and scoreboards
- Experience working with processes
- Experience in customer communication, including via phone
- The proven ability to learn different systems and processes
- An eagerness to learn
- Drive and passion with a focus on high quality work
- Integrity and resilience

Co-ordination experience would be beneficial to your application.
