Your Role:
Managing and maintaining the company s credit control process
Chasing overdue invoices via phone and email
Building strong relationships with customers to ensure timely payments
Resolving invoice queries and liaising with internal teams
Reducing aged debt and improving cash flow

What We re Looking For:
A confident communicator you ll be speaking with customers daily
A team player who thrives in a sociable office
Previous credit control or finance experience
Strong organisational skills and a proactive mindset
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and finance systems
