Maidstone

Permanent/Full Time

Monday to Friday 7am to 5pm, 1 in 3 Saturdays 8am to 1pm

Our client, a franchised main dealer in the Maidstone area is currently looking for an experienced Service Advisor who wants to continue in that role, but away from the front desk.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acting as the primary point of contact for customers regarding aftersales services.
  • Providing accurate information on servicing, repairs, and warranties. This includes providing comprehensive updates, presenting estimates (including visual health check repairs), ensuring the relevant authorisation has been obtained and recorded, where required.
  • Arranging part to be pick and ordered, where required.
  • Liaising with the workshop and parts departments to coordinate repair and service completion.
  • Keeping customers informed about their vehicle s progress.
  • Promoting relevant aftersales products and services and identifying upsell opportunities.
  • Processing invoices and payments in accordance with company policies.
  • Maintaining accurate digital records of customer interactions and service history.
  • Auditing and preparing WIP packs, including service sheets and associated documentation to ensure alignment with company, manufacturer, and customer requirements.
  • Addressing customer complaints professionally and escalating issues where necessary.
  • Answering the telephone and handling calls efficiently.
  • Performing other service administration tasks as required.
  • Assisting colleagues and providing holiday & sickness cover where necessary.
