Contracts Manager

My client are an established main contractor who work on education, residential, healthcare and commercial projects across Cork. They are looking for an experienced Contract Manager to join their team! Must have 2 stage tender experience. Track record of delivering successful projects. An inspiring leader. To be based in Cork. Longevity in previous roles. Duties include: Taking responsibility for target programmes. Visiting sites ensuring projects are being ran to a high quality, on time, within budget and processes are being followed. Working closely with the health & safety department to ensure best practice is being achieved. Working with the quality manager to ensure projects are being ran to a high level of compliance.
