Machine Operator

We’re looking for a Machine Operator to join a thriving manufacturing firm at their site based in Crewe. Previous experience for this role is desirable but not essential as you will be trained up to a high standard by a supportive team. What’s on offer? * £13 per hour * Rotating shifts (3 x 12 hours) * 28 days holiday * Employee pension scheme * Full training to aid your development What will you be doing as a Machine Operator? * Setting up and operating slitting machines * Monitoring machine performance and reporting any maintenance concerns or repairs * Ensuring the process manager/team leader is kept informed of any production issues that may affect quality, safety, or performance * Ensuring health, safety & environment policies are adhered to as well as following company specifications and S.O.P What do you need? * Previous experience in a similar role * Familiarality with setting up machinery * Strong attention to detail * Ability to work under pressure Apply today for consideration or speak with John at KPJ Group for more information between 9:00am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday.
