Sales Representative – Waste Services Field-Based | Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm Permanent High Wycombe £32,000 + Commission | £400/month Car Allowance Eleven 11 Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of our client for a proactive and driven Sales Representative to join a growing team within the waste management industry. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong commercial and sales experience to take ownership of a client portfolio, build new relationships, and help businesses across the region improve their recycling and sustainability performance. Key Responsibilities • Deliver proactive account management to new and existing clients • Generate new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline • Arrange and lead customer meetings and deliver tailored presentations • Educate clients on recycling targets and host on-site awareness events • Build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships to drive retention • Quote for new business and manage the journey from lead to contract • Understand client requirements to offer bespoke waste management solutions • Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally • Maintain accurate records of contacts, leads, and interactions • Gather and act on customer feedback to continuously improve service • Promote health, safety, and compliance at all times Ideal Candidate Profile • Strong understanding of waste/recycling industry (or a keen willingness to learn) • Commercially and financially astute with a results-driven mindset • Demonstrated success in B2B sales or business development • Skilled in presenting, negotiating, and closing deals • Excellent communicator with a professional and approachable manner • Self-motivated and well-organised with the ability to work independently • Proficient with IT systems and able to manage a busy workload • Committed to exceeding customer expectations and compliant with regulations Benefits Package • Circa £32,000 per annum + uncapped commission • £400 per month car allowance • 20 days holiday + 8 bank holidays (rising to 22 after 1 year, and 25 after 2 years) • Statutory pension scheme • Life assurance at 3x salary • Access to a fantastic employee discount scheme
