BMS Quality Assurance Manager – Aerospace Manufacturer 📍 Location: Lutterworth area 💰 Salary: £60-70k DOE Are you an experienced Quality Assurance professional with a deep understanding of Business Management Systems (BMS) and aerospace regulatory requirements? We are working with a leading aerospace manufacturer to recruit a BMS Quality Assurance Manager who will play a pivotal role in maintaining and improving quality approvals, compliance, and auditing processes within the business. The Role As BMS Quality Assurance Manager, you will: ✔ Ensure Compliance – Maintain certifications and approvals (ISO 9001, AS 9100, EASA Part 21G, Part 145, etc.), and obtain new approvals where required. ✔ Lead Auditing Processes – Oversee internal audits, supplier audits, and external third-party audits, ensuring adherence to aerospace quality standards. ✔ Drive Continuous Improvement – Implement quality strategies, support business initiatives, and enhance processes to improve performance. ✔ Manage Non-Conformities – Oversee corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), manage audit findings, and drive root cause resolution. ✔ Train & Communicate – Deliver quality inductions, training sessions, and ensure effective communication of quality standards across the business. ✔ Be a Key Liaison – Act as the point of contact for certification bodies, regulatory authorities, customers, and suppliers, ensuring compliance with aerospace regulations.
