The Role As BMS Quality Assurance Manager, you will: β Ensure Compliance β Maintain certifications and approvals (ISO 9001, AS 9100, EASA Part 21G, Part 145, etc.), and obtain new approvals where required. β Lead Auditing Processes β Oversee internal audits, supplier audits, and external third-party audits, ensuring adherence to aerospace quality standards. β Drive Continuous Improvement β Implement quality strategies, support business initiatives, and enhance processes to improve performance. β Manage Non-Conformities β Oversee corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), manage audit findings, and drive root cause resolution. β Train & Communicate β Deliver quality inductions, training sessions, and ensure effective communication of quality standards across the business. β Be a Key Liaison β Act as the point of contact for certification bodies, regulatory authorities, customers, and suppliers, ensuring compliance with aerospace regulations.
