Picker/Packer Mail-Order Operator Rachel Riley is a British award-winning children's clothing brand. We design classic luxury childrenswear & are best known for our quality & style, with prints designed in-house, traditional craftsmanship including hand embroidery, hand smocking & use of fine soft fabrics. About The Role Previous experience in kid’s or women’s fashion an advantage. The ideal candidate will be responsible for picking and packing customer orders, performing regular stock checks, processing incoming and outgoing deliveries and stock transfers, personalization service (training provided). You will also keep the warehouse area tidy and always maintain the company’s standards. During busy periods you will be required to assist with customer service tasks. Previous experience in customer service is welcome but not essential as training is provided. Candidates need to have outstanding work ethic, be passionate about our product and delivering exceptional service, be reliable, punctual, and able to work efficiently as part of a small supportive team to meet deadlines. This role may require some heavy lifting from time to time, so you need to be physically fit and have good awareness of Health & Safety procedures. Experience in picking/packing, attention to detail and precision in folding essential. The hours are 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday. Location: North London near North Wembley tube station.
