In return, you can expect: Basic £30,000 OTE up to £60K 28 Days Holiday*We do not supply a company car with this position Used Car Sales Controller – Hinckley: The Person The successful candidate should be: Breath of experience across all elements of used car retail Capable of leading by example Demonstrates the highest standards Has an all-hands approach Highly motivated and a motivator of people Good time management skills A driven individual with passion A presentable and professional individual FCA accredited (after training) Car supermarket and volume used car management experience preferableUsed Car Sales Controller – Hinckley: The Duties Responsible for maintaining the overall performance of the site Carrying out some general manager responsibilities during absences from site Management of the sales team and their performance Supporting the sales team with regards to sold units and value-added products Identifying opportunities to support sales team in closing the deal Auditing deal presenter and subsequent opportunities Audit financial documents to ensure compliance Hitting and exceeding your monthly sales targetsAny applications will be 100% confidential and we will only discuss the client upon receiving a copy of your CV.
