Reporting to the Director you will be responsible for driving brand recognition and sales growth through online presence. The Role; * Responsible for the marketing budget and digital strategy you will be responsible for driving acquisition in the UK and new territories * As well driving improvements through innovation you will help position the brand to meet sustainable growth and long-term market share * Leading the marketing team you will be responsible for delivering innovative digital campaigns & initiatives, including optimising the website Yourself; * You will have gained experience working in a B2c role, ideally within consumer goods * Excellent knowledge of SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing * Experience of managing & developing a team/direct reports is essential * Excellent communication skills & able to work to tight deadlines * Your interpretation skills will be excellent with the ability to turn insights into action
