As a commercial maintenance plumber you would be based from home - working on a mobile basis you would be responsible for carrying out plumbing maintenance, plantroom maintenance and repair of plumbing systems. You would be responsible for carrying out PPM schedules, leak detection, changing of pipes, pumps, valves, repair and replacement of taps, toilets and other general plumbing maintenance tasks The opportunity to complete gas qualifications will be made available should the successful candidate wish to do them.
