Job Title: Senior Electrical Project Manager Salary: £90,000 - £105,000 annual salary plus extensive company package Location: London Victoria Region Company Description A leading Tier One M&E contractor with a strong reputation across London is actively seeking a Senior Electrical Project Manager for a landmark design & build healthcare project based in the London Victoria area. With an M&E value of circa £25 million, this complex, technically driven scheme requires a commercially sharp and technically competent leader to deliver the electrical package from pre-construction through to handover. This is a flagship opportunity within the business and will involve managing a high-profile, fast-paced healthcare project for a top-tier principal contractor. Company Information / Unique Selling Points: Deliver projects valued up to £35 million MEP Work on major schemes across commercial, healthcare, pharma, residential & mixed-use sectors Long-standing relationships with leading Tier One principal contractors All projects based within London Zones 1-5 Stable and growing company with a strong pipeline and progression opportunities What we're looking for: Candidates with a background in project engineering or project management within M&E contracting Experience delivering large-scale electrical packages valued over £15 million from inception till completion Previous employment with a Tier One M&E Contractor is essential Strong track record of delivering commercial, healthcare or pharmaceutical schemes from pre-construction to completion Career longevity and a desire to progress within a growing business Responsibilities / Skills & Experience: Lead and deliver the electrical scope on a major healthcare project in Central London Oversee the full project lifecycle, including design coordination, procurement, installation, and commissioning Manage on-site teams and subcontractors to ensure quality, safety, and programme targets are met Act as the primary point of contact for electrical-related issues and liaise regularly with the client and project stakeholders Conduct regular progress meetings and provide accurate reporting to senior management Maintain control of project budgets, forecasts, and cost plans Ensure compliance with all relevant health & safety regulations and industry standards Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and supply chain partners to encourage repeat business For more information on this position and other similar building services related posts, please do not hesitate to contact Brandon Goatley of GH Engage
