Field Service Engineer - Midlands & East Anglia - Perm - circa. £35k - M to F + weekend rota - Company Van Northamptonshire / Midlands & East Anglia Salary circa £35,000 Neg + Company benefits Monday to Friday with a weekend call out Rota including retainer & overtime 23 days holiday + bank holidays Company van with option for private use Ongoing training programmeDue to continued growth, we have an incredible opportunity for a Field Service Engineer to join the existing Service team for an established & well-known Air Compressor brand. The main aim of this role is to Service, Maintain & Install industrial air compressors, including diagnosis, preventive & reactive maintenance, and breakdown repairs. The candidate will be expected to maintain high levels of customer service to deal with clients & other colleagues, as well as have the ability to remain calm under pressure. DUTIES Carry out planned maintenance on air compressor systems and ancillary products To attend equipment breakdowns, fault diagnosis and identify parts that need repairing. Completion of paperwork Liaising with the customer to ensure all work is completed with client approvalSkills & Qualifications Previous experience carrying out maintenance/service on Air Compressors. Ideally strong knowledge of Air Compressor equipment Full UK Driving licence. Good communication skills, working with departments, colleagues & clients Engineering qualification (City & Guilds or equivalent) or Mechanical/Electrical time servedThis role is expected to have a 45 hour (door to door) working week, with company vehicle (Private use option) and large amounts of paid overtime available UK Driving Licence is required due to this being a Field role for clients in the East Midlands area, with the head office being in the heart of Northamptonshire Travail Employment Group Ltd is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy
