Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

Mechanical & HVAC Engineer Location: Slough Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 (depending on experience) Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm Call-Out: 1 in 7 rotation (£180 standby) Our client is currently seeking a skilled Mechanical & HVAC Engineer to join our team of 12 engineers. The role is primarily based in Slough, covering a variety of facilities including a pharmaceutical block, restaurant, and a research & development centre. Key Responsibilities: * Perform mechanical maintenance and planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) * Maintain HVAC and air conditioning systems, including chillers * Attend to breakdowns and provide technical support as required * Travel to the Windlesham site using a company van during quieter periods in Slough Requirements: * Relevant mechanical qualifications with F-GAS certification * Experience in maintaining mechanical systems, HVAC, A/C units, and chillers * Ability to work independently and within a team * Willingness to participate in a 1 in 7 call-out rota This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dedicated engineering team working across diverse and technically interesting facilities.
