Corserv Facilities are seeking an experienced Multi-Skilled Operative, with a minimum of one core Construction Trade - such as carpentry, roofing, masonry - to join our property maintenance team. In role, you will provide a high-quality fault fixing and maintenance services to customers throughout Cornwall (including residential and farming properties). You will need to be highly motivated, provide excellent customer service and be capable of completing jobs on a ‘first fix’ basis using your core trade skills and other fabric trade skillsets from within the construction industry. About you To be successful, you will need to demonstrate proven Construction Trade skills (at NVQ Level 2 or equivalent) and/ or significant maintenance experience, as well as: * hold a CSCS card (or be willing to obtain one). * general multi-skilled abilities to enable completion of tasks/ work orders on a ‘first fix’. * a good level of literacy and numeracy skills * good IT skills (ideally proficient in the use of a PDA, for receiving and updating completed works). * highly competent and motivated with a positive can-do attitude and exceptional customer service skills * happy to work both on your own and as part of a team. The role will require regular travel, therefore you must hold a full UK driving licence.
