Business Development Executive Location: Speke, Liverpool (Fully Office-Based) Salary: £30,000- £33,000    Role Overview of the Business Development Executive The role of the Business Development Executive (BDE) is pivotal in executing directions from the Business Development Manager (BDM), generating, and managing quotes independently, and promptly following up on all quotes with persistence.    Their responsibilities also include diligently populating the BDM’s calendar with weekly appointments and proactively engaging with existing accounts to secure orders, ensuring consistent business growth and creating and maintaining customer relationships.    Key Responsibilities of the Business Development Executive Sales & Customer Engagement o Proactively follow up on outstanding quotes and business opportunities. o Conduct cold calls to prospects, follow up on leads, and gather key information to uncover sales opportunities. o Nurture relationships with existing clients to generate repeat business and identify further opportunities for sales.    Calendar & Appointment Management o Schedule meetings for the Business Development Manager (BDM), based on their requests and visit schedules. o Coordinate all necessary arrangements for sales meetings, including preparing quotes, samples, and updates on key accounts.    CRM & Data Management o Maintain and update the CRM system to track client interactions, sales progress, and relevant business data. o Ensure accurate data entry and reporting to support strategic decisions and strengthen client relationships.    Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety (QEHS) Compliance o Adhere to company processes for quality management and environmental sustainability. o Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations within the workplace and report any concerns or issues promptly.    Skills & Experience Required of the Business Development Executive Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management. Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders. Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Proficient in using CRM systems for managing client data and tracking progress. A proactive, goal-driven attitude, with a tenacious approach to lead follow-up.    Job Type: Full-time Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Friday: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM This role is ideal for someone passionate about driving business growth, fostering relationships with clients, and making an impact within a sales-driven team
