Warehouse Operative

MDCV UK have a fantastic opportunity for someone to join our Warehouse team as a Warehouse Operative at our Rochester Warehouse. We are looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking, ambitious individual who works well within a team and also whilst working alone. Someone with the ability to be highly organised and meticulous, efficient, who strive's to meet and maintain business performance targets. The Role * Our Warehouse Operatives are responsible for picking and packing online orders for collection by our courier company. * Therefore, you must be physically fit, and practice safe manual handling techniques. * You will be working with a small team to make sure orders are packed accurately and on time for our customers. * Forklift experience is desired but not necessary as training will be given. * Working with Business Central, CRM, Microsoft 365 Main tasks * Picking and packing orders from our online platform * Packaging the wine safely into our bespoke packaging to make sure they arrive safely to our customers. * Packing large orders onto pallets to ensure they are safe for transport * Keeping the warehouse safe and tidy * Weekly stock counts * Organising goods in and goods out into the correct locations * Organising stock for our different sites. * Stock inventory management – using correct process’ for stock movement Essential: Driving License Desirable: Worked previously with Business Central, CRM, Microsoft Office 365.
