Contract Supervisor

Job Title: Contract Supervisor Location: Manchester - M50 Hours: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm Salary: Up to £32500 My client prides themselves on having exceptional technical skills, delivered by their in-house engineers and industry experts. They are continually developing those skills across all aspects of technical building services and drainage solutions. They are looking for a Contract Supervisor to join the team This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to progress! The role: * Effectively supervise the day-to-day operation of the contract * Distribute work for engineers and allocate work to the contract administrator * Respond to questions and requests for information – internally and/or externally * Manage all administrative tasks on contract, from initial call out to completion and invoicing * Review waiting for work and liaise with the team to allocate jobs * Book quoted works as required * Review client portal to ensure it is kept up to date with all relevant information * Ensure previous day’s work is reviewed to assess the status of work and action where appropriate, understand why status is as is and manage/support team where necessary * Answer all external calls and emails in a timely manner, ensure that team are actively do so too * Awareness of gross profit and driving efficiencies, and how to impact/improve * Commercial awareness of operational impact and what measures can be taken to improve The Ideal Candidate: * Have experience as a Contract Support or Contract Supervisor * Previous experience within a facilities management company is essential * Experience of leading a small team The offer: * Mon-Fri 8am-5pm * Up to £(phone number removed) * 33 days Holidays * Day off for birthday * Private Medical Insurance If you are a Contract Supervisor or Contract Support looking for their next step please apply or call the office and ask for Sara
