Service Engineer

We are working with a reputable company based in Northampton (NN3) who require a Service Engineer. The position is a permanent role paying £30,000 - £40,000 per annum + Benefits. (DOE) Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8.00am - 4.30pm Key Reponsibilities: * Handle customer sales enquiries * Supply customers with service and parts support * Manage warranty processing * Work closely with all teams to ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times * conduct site visits when required Key Requirements: * Have a minimum of 5 years’ experience working on mechanical / electrical systems within a service environment * Must have machine repairing experience both on site and in a workshop * Experienced in using Microsoft IT applications * Excellent communication skills are essential * Have a keen eye for detail * Must be able to create accurate job reports for work carried out If you are interested in this position or would like further information, please apply with an updated CV
