What’s on offer: Company car or cash allowance Life assurance scheme Discount scheme (including gym membership, mobile phones etc) Flexible working Family friendly policies Employee assistance Professional development The role: Day-to-day management of C&S project teams Development of programmes and control of change Tender preparation for projects of all sizes, including fee estimates Carry out technical design reviews / critiques of projects in progress Mentor, train and develop junior engineers Support individuals to maximise performance Ensure team compliance with company management system Contribute to wider development of C&S department capabilities Lead C&S design delivery across single projects or multiple smaller projects with support from an Associate Engineer or Director, in single- or multi- discipline teams What you need to succeed: Chartered Civil/ Structural Engineer CEng MICE/ MIStructE Appropriate depth and breadth of experience including experience in leading and managing teams Strong technical knowledge of Civil design Full Clean Current UK Driving Licence
