Children's Home Deputy Manager

Connect2SocialWork are looking for a Children's Home Deputy Manager to support the Registered Manager of a 3-bed children's home in Greenford, Ealing, which has recently been rated "Good" in all areas in the past week. Connect2Socialwork are excited to partner with this organisation who have been providing care and support to children and young people for almost 30 years.

EQUIREMENTS:

• Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care
• Demonstrate commitment to continuing personal development
• Previous experience in a Deputy Manager or Team Leader/Senior Support Worker role in a Residential Children's Care Setting
• Working with children, young people, and their families
• Work in a residential setting
• Enhanced DBS

SALARY

• Circa 40k per annum (DOE)
