Salary: 35,000 basic 55,000+ OTE

Hours: Standard showroom hours + day off in the week & alternate weekends off

A long-standing and respected car dealership in the area is entering an exciting new phase of growth - this isn't about fresh paint - it's about futureproofing.

My client are looking for a hands-on, passionate, and personable New Car Sales Manager to lead a growing sales team. This is a rare opportunity, for someone to join a top automotive employer.

What we're looking for:

• A leader, not just a manager. We want someone who inspires, motivates, and gets stuck in - not someone who manages from a distance or behind a screen.

• A people person - customers and colleagues alike. This is a company that thrives on relationships, not robotic sales targets.

• Experience managing and assisting in a franchised car dealership sales environment.

The package:

35,000 basic salary

Realistic OTE of 55,000

Electric Company car

Standard hours with a day off midweek and 1 in 2 weekends off
